1.1. The present General Conditions are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to in them, to regulate the terms and conditions that govern the provision of the Online Shop Service by ZORRA A PRETO E BRANCO, LDA, with registered office at Caixa Postal 2358 Castelão, 7630-436 - São Luís, hereinafter referred to as "ZORRA".

1.2. The Service consists of the provision, through the address of access to the Online Store, which, in addition to providing information on a set of products, allows the User, by electronic means, to order the products disclosed therein, under the terms and conditions described herein.

1.3. The ordering of products must be made by Users aged 18 or over (eighteen) years (individuals under the age must have authorization from their representatives). The elements and information transmitted by the User will enjoy full legal effects, recognizing the User's electronic purchases, and can not claim the lack of signature for non-compliance with the obligations assumed.

1.5. Users of the Online Store are considered final consumers, subject to VAT settlement.

1.6. The sale process is subject to compliance with the rules defined by Law no. 25/2008 of 5 June, on the regime for the prevention and repression of the laundering of advantages of illicit provenance and the financing of terrorism.



2.1. If you purchase a product that has features that are manifestly different from those presented online (you should note that some of the products are hand-made, so there may be slight variations with respect to the images presented with respect to shape, color and weight ), the buyer has the right to proceed with the resolution of the purchase agreement in accordance with applicable legal terms (right of free resolution - see item 10).

2.2. If any product is not available after you have placed the order, you will be notified by email or by phone. At this point you will be able to cancel the order with the respective refund, if you have already made the payment.

2.3. All information on price, products, specifications, promotional actions and services can be changed at any time by ZORRA.


3.1. ZORRA is not liable for damages resulting from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of the operating system that may temporarily prevent access, navigation or service to the User.

3.2. ZORRA declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the act of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the User. Likewise, ZORRA can not be held liable if the breach of its obligations is attributable to an unforeseeable or insurmountable fact of a third party or to a case of force majeure.


4.1. The user undertakes to:

  1. Provide personal data and correct addresses;

  2. Do not use false identities;

  3. Respect the limits of orders imposed.

  4. Do not change the content of the Service or send messages that contain computer viruses or could cause any other damages.

4.2. If any of the data is incorrect or is insufficient, and therefore there is a delay or impossibility in the processing of the order, or any non-delivery, the responsibility is the User, and ZORRA declines any responsibility. In case the consumer breaches any of these obligations, ZORRA reserves the right to eliminate future purchases, block access to the store, cancel the provision of any other services made available simultaneously by ZORRA to the same User;

4.3. The use of products purchased for commercial purposes, especially for resale of goods, without prior agreement, is expressly prohibited.


5.1. After registering your order, being confirmed the payment and being available all the products of your order, ZORRA undertakes to proceed with the delivery observing the following delivery times:

  1. In mainland Portugal, as a rule, within 2 to 5 business days.

  2. International shipments or to the Archipelago of the Azores and Madeira, contact us previously through email.

  3. Will the delivery of the orders, in specific cases, be delayed in delivery due to a stock break.

5.2. At the time of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products sent for damage. If it is found that the products are damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery of the order, which should be returned immediately through the mechanism of return provided in ZORRA will reimburse the amounts paid for the order and the transport as soon as, at its headquarters, it receives and completes the return process.

5.3. ZORRA shall not be liable for non-compliance, or delay in complying with, any obligation to send due to an event of force majeure, that is to an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.



6.1. The prices of the products displayed on the site contain/carry the Value Added Tax (VAT).

6.2. The total price specified in the final menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation. Please only transfer the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual transfers by order.

6.3. The shipping rates are calculated to order, and the exact price of the shipping charge will depend on the weight and the country where your order will be delivered.


7.1. In Continental Portugal, the shipping costs, mentioned at the time of purchase, will be charged, depending on the weight of the order.

7.2. For international shipments or to the Archipelago of the Azores and Madeira, contact us previously through email.

7.3. Alternatively, you can collect your order for free at our store in Escola Primária da Cova da Zorra, 7630-442 São Luís, Odemira.



Products can only be paid through the following payment methods:

8.1. Manual Payment:

8.1.1. Bank Transfer - Once the order has been validated, you will receive an email with the necessary data to proceed with the transfer. It has a deadline of 48 hours to carry out, otherwise the order will be canceled. Please send the proof of transfer to indicating the order number in the subject. Your order will only be processed upon receipt of payment in our account;

Mb way orders will only be processed after confirmation of payment, transfer the total value of the order, indicating the order number in the description.

8.2. Paypal - When selecting this means of payment will be sent to the Paypal platform page to proceed with payment.

8.3. Credit card - Stripe payment system.


9.1. At the request of the User:

The User may cancel your order by requesting it to ZORRA through the telephone number or email indicating the order number, which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed. After processing, Dolly will attempt to deliver it, but the User has the option of not accepting it.

For the purpose of cancellation the User must indicate the following data to ZORRA:

  1. Order number

  2. NIF with which you have placed the order and delivery address

9.2. By ZORRA's decision:

ZORRA reserves the right not to process orders, when it verifies some inconsistency in the presented personal data or to observe misconduct on the part of the buyer. ZORRA reserves the right not to process any order or refund, in case of errors in the values ​​and / or characteristics of the products, when these result from technical problems or errors not related to the ZORRA.



10.1. All products purchased at ZORRA, with the exception of cosmetic products, may be returned and refunded, whenever the client requests the return or exchange within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order, according to Portuguese legislation applicable to distance sales.

In this case, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The products must be as new, undamaged, with all accessories intact and without any signs of use, with the original packaging and sealed if this is the case;

  2. In case of exchange, return or cancellation of the order, the amount paid will be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the day the return is received by us.

  3. If the reason for the return is our responsibility (for example, defective, damaged or incorrect), the return shipping costs will be refunded. If the reason is otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

10.2. ZORRA does not assume any responsibility in case of loss of return / exchange of the article sent by the customer.

10.3. If you wish to make a return, cancellation or exchange, contact us previously through and you will be given the necessary instructions.


ZORRA collects the personal data of the client for the purpose of customer account management, billing, provision of information, according to express authorization for the purpose, assuming the commitment of privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of personal data of each client , in accordance with Law no. 67/98 of 26 October.

The whole process of payments, from the payment to the introduction of the data inherent in the process of payment of the order is properly protected with appropriate electronic security tools.



12.1. The Store is a registered site and the Service provided by the site itself is the responsibility of ZORRA.

12.2. The User acknowledges that the Service contains confidential information and is protected by copyright and related rights, industrial property and other applicable legislation.

12.3. The User acknowledges that any content contained in the advertising, highlighting, promotion or mention of any sponsor or advertiser is protected by copyright and related rights laws, industrial property laws and other property protection laws. any use of such content may only occur under the express authorization of the respective holders.

12.4. The User undertakes to respect in full the rights referred to in the previous number, namely to refrain from any acts that may violate the law or said rights, such as reproduction, marketing, transmission or placement to the public's disposal of such content or any other unauthorized acts that have the same contents.
